It might say it doesn't support promotions but ive found if you open Temu via shopback (website version), if you then open the Temu app and purchase (using a promotion like claimcredit), it still tracks the purchase.
Place another order and cancel your first order. I do it all the time.
If i wasnt using claimcredit, i likely would. That rolling credit every order is just too good to risk getting banned from the promotion from refunds
It will track sure but Temu is already known for not paying cashbacks that use promocodes on top.

Mine tracked! Ever since I opened a new account and have never clicked on those Temu spinning wheels etc, my orders have tracked.
Also, I ordered 6 items for $63.32 and as it shows each item separately, I got $35.08 tracked in one transaction, separate items. So, the $30 cap must be per item, not per order.
Edit: the shopback email shows $35.08 cashback but the app shows $30.01 cashback. Perhaps the email didnt incorporate the $30 cap but the app did. Oh well, I was only expecting $30 cashback anyways. Because you need to spend $35 per order I think it is otherwise you cant check out, I couldn't split my orders. I only ordered what was on my list to buy. Forgot to get another phone case though! So I've put that on my list to order next time when there is another 70% cashback deal next month.
