What is happening with ShopBack and their tracking for Temu? On 25th April I placed 6 orders with Temu via Shopback to take advantage of Temu's 70% cashback promo.

The very first order tracked yet none of the others did. Fine, I'll log a missing cashback claim with ShopBack which I did on 1st May including full screenshots of the invoices as required by ShopBack. Today, 12th May, I happen to check the ShopBack app and saw all 5 missing cashback claims, $194, as completed.
Woohoo, or so I thought, until I actually clicked on the Case Completed notification in the app to see that all 5 claims were "Cashback rejected - We've completed this request and didn't find any missing Cashback" all at exactly 4am on 9th May. I've received no email notification about these rejections just what looks like an automated rejection.
Now someone will say "you must have clicked another link" etc etc however the process I followed was identical for every order. I opened a fresh Windows 11 Sandbox PC then opened Edge, logged into ShopBack, clicked the Temu link, logged into Temu, added the items to my basket and paid for the order - the same process 6 times in a row yet only the very first one has been tracked. No ad blockers, no other browsers or even applications open in the Sandbox PC yet only the first Temu order tracked.
I've tried to dispute the rejection in the ShopBack app however it again asks for all the same details as the original missing Cashback process and then hangs when uploading the copy invoices.
Honestly I'm really disappointed with the whole process and feel as though I've been misled by ShopBack. I've followed their instructions to the letter as far as I can tell and they haven't stuck to their end of the agreement. Hopefully their rep @gotyourback sees this post and can provide the help promised to other users.
For the most part shopback is painfree but the Temu tracking is a total nightmare, to the point where I question why Temu cashback is allowed to be posted here on a regular basis as so many users have negative experiences with it.
It's not good enough to promise such cashback claims with a vendor that will do anything they can to deny them.
If you goods are unopened I would return them via Temu's return policy which is pretty generous, if used they will typically refund only a portion back. They also cover free shipping for the first refund from every order(you can return multiple things from that order in your first return).
