      I've had it a few times on the free trial. Just create and deactiveate after use.

        Last time I tried for a free trial using new email & phone number & credit card, it said I already had a trial or something. Do you know what all things they check for duplicate account?

    Watch out for that automatic 'First Membership' renewal, it got me. As far as I remember there is no mention of First Membership status on the Kogan account page, so I thought I had already cancelled. The actual setting to cancel the First Membership is buried in a different page. I can't remember from where, but I think it went login, account or dashboard?, 'manage membership', then there was three pages of confirmation steps, none of them clearly labelled 'cancel', instead they say things like "lose your Kogan benefits in order to proceed". Talk about dark patterns!

    I'm guessing the shipping process is slow for DS. My items still showing as being in Melbourne since 4th May.
