    It's neat to see there finally being a way for people to get into the old games without resorting to 'arr' means.

    However it sucks that all they did was effectively apply community patches to the game and haven't really done much else to fix it, there's been a lot of negative reviews on Steam and on social media saying that bugs which used to plague the original games are still existent. I've heard of people with high res monitors having an extremely difficult time enjoying them as well.

    That too and The Sims 2 wasn't re-released with the IKEA pack which is one of the more iconic Stuff packs back then. Especially when this was included when EA was giving the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for free to people who own Sims 2 base game which legitimately included everything unlike this repack.

    I think it kinda comes down to whether you have access to the original games, if you do there's literally no point to buy this, outside of convenience of having it on Steam, otherwise if you don't, it's a nice way of easily accessing these games which otherwise was almost impossible to legitimately buy digitally.

      Except Sims 2 was released over 20 years ago and they still want $70 for it. Insane.
