  Not sure why you compare it with the 500ml ones? PnS has the 1L bottles for $7.99 ea from time to time (currently at Manukau, Kilbirnie, Porirua, etc).

  The thing that makes it foam is the particular style of pump head, not the soap itself. So if you are already using a foaming soap pump bottle, you can just refill it with about 1/5th any liquid hand soap and 4/5ths water and you will have foaming hand soap.

    Agree. I haven’t bought foaming soap in over 5 years. Just mix 10-20% normal liquid soap with water and you get foaming soap liquid for pennies. The main ingredient in foaming soap is… water
