Samsung Galaxy S24 FE 128GB $720 Delivered (New Customers Only) ($620 @ Samsung EDU)

210
BF2024LOYAL50

Echo/combo post of previous deals. From the discussion some users here are waiting for a second flash sale (should get an email from Samsung)

24FE 128gb model = Rrp$960 (10% off first order, $150 less with codes above) = $720

Edu store = $620.
1) Log into EDU portal*
2) Esnure 10% first order is active (says at top of screen), the 128 gb model should show as $755 in cart.
3) Then add the 2 coupon codes ($150). Now it shows as $620 in cart.

The prices above are before $100 credit using Amex offers, steps will also work on other products if this one isn't for you

*To access education store log into the education website specifically (I accessed this via Unidays account). There is a direct link via Google that is a bit trickey to locate.

After Amex offer on edu store, a crazy low outcome of $520 (46% discount) for S24 FE 128gb.

Amex offer: The EDU store does use the same shop.samsung url so i'm very hopeful it is the same merchant to trigger the amex $100 off $500. Purchases via Samsung app have worked this week per the 1st comment.

you might even sell your old phone for $… Further reducing expenditure, you will surely become an upgraded human with this deal. + have a new phone warranty.

Additional points:
*delivery ETA was ~4-6 days

**Ensure the 10% first order is applied to cart first as its an automatic step and it gets confusing once you add the codes!

***Trade in options (phones/tablets/watches) offer a further ~50-250 in discount. Apparently even if not working per prev posts on here.

****cashback links may or may not be stackable.

This is part of Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals.

Buying from app triggers Amex cashback FYI. I bought a few days ago via the app and it worked. Took a few hours to get emailed

    • Legend - my anxiety around being ultra accurate was not required. I'll include your advice. Thank you!

    This guy cheapies 🫡

Honestly wait for the next flash sale s24 could be had for under $500, in that last one (find a cheap phone to trade in from fb market/trademe
I think even without trade in was around $900

FE looks like a slight downgrade spec wise
    https://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?&idPhone2=12773&idPhon…

    • Probably a good cheap alternative to the S24+ if you don't need the storage. The screen is comparable unless you want to bump S24+ up in settings.

Egg in hand worth two in the bush. Remember a few people were waiting for BF during the last flash sale, BF was hella disappointing because they removed the stacking.

      • I don't think the current sale is fairly as expected. All signs were pointing to them having a long but fairly ordinary Black Friday sale. Big question is what their BF flash sale, or next flash sale if they don't have one during Black Friday, will be like

        • Sorry meant to say "I think the current sale is fairly as expected" (or "I don't think there's anything surprising about the current sale"). Also I forgot to mention but remember stacking UPGRADES24 is irrelevant for the FE since the FE was never eligible for UPGRADES24. So for the FE, the bigger issue is whether the bonus tradein and other discounts are in future flash sales are more than this. Of course if UPGRADES24 does come back and stacks with flash sale bonuses then even with a simple 15% flash sale you should be able to get a S24 cheaper than this so it depends how you evaluate each phone. Edit: Actually forgot you can add $100 bonus tradein and so it does push the S24FE lower than the S24 on 15% flash sale. Still it's not that much more and there is a chance 20% flash with UPGRADES24 might be back so does depend how you evaluate each phone IMO remembering that besides the general differences we're also talking 128GB vs 256GB here.

          • @Nil Einne: The black Friday sale is more of a public day in general for Samsung products for all retailers so Samsung won't heavily discount against retail stores where flash sales are more niche. The S10 tabs are pretty good deal at the moment if you do a bit of work to find some codes. They haven't had much of a discount since there release.

  • Confirmed codes working on External Partners store and Woolworths EPP.

    Both require association.

  • The Tab S9 FE+ 256/12GB is $683 (I think, I already closed the tab) on the Education EPP store. Plus another $100 off if you have an Amex I assume.

    • Tab S10 Plus and the Ultra pretty good deals as well if you have both 10% codes and a trade in plus two $50 discount codes

Would anyone with an amex be happy to help me purchase this?

  • +1

Would recommend trading in a phone (even if its broken) to get the trade in bonus. Bought this today, got it down to $473, added a screen protector for $26 to bring the total to $504, paid with amex to get $100 off. Total of $404

  • Ordered S24FE this Tuesday for NZ$158 plus a free case worth $75.

Traded in S21FE, used Samsung Store App and three discount codes.

    • what were the 3 codes? thanks

  • Time to upgrade my s22 Ultra?

or is the FE a budget line ?

Not awfully impressed with FE this year. Samsung managed to pair a bigger battery with slower CPU and still gimped the battery life. The storage (ufs 3.1 vs 4)and screen (LTPO on the 24) are all massive downgrades too.

      Exynos will do that unfortunately

      • Both s24 and Fe are using exynos (except for us and cn models)
Somehow Fe (e variant) uses more power with worse performance. Quite the achievement

The S23, which all come with the SD 8 Gen 2, are the only decent models they've released in NZ. The alternative is to get an S24 Ultra in NZ (comes with snapdragon) or look into getting the other S24 models from Hong Kong, because the 4G bands are the same and they come with SD 8 Gen 3. Everything else is Exynos. Disappointing that they went back to Exynos this gen

  • Does anyone know how strict they are with the tradein conditions? and if they downgrade it, do you still receive the tradein bonus?

    • +1

Assurant their tradein partner have a reputation for being terrible at assessing what you sent them, somehow claiming you sent in something you didn't. I mean the completely wrong phone or claiming you didn't send anything in etc. https://www.cheapies.nz/node/47851

People have been charged the full amount including for the bonuses and I thought some of those despite sending something in. But looking again it might be just cases were Assurant claimed they didn't receive anything at least when charging these people. (I mean they might have said they'd received it at some stage but then later said they didn't receive anything. But they didn't say they received a valid tradein but because it wasn't what you told them they're charging for the bonuses.)

In any case, I'm fairly sure they shouldn't remove your bonuses provided you sent them a valid tradein so you should be able to fight them over it. However if you send in something you're not supposed to e.g. a Samsung A05, Galaxy 7, iPhone 6, Huawei, or perhaps a phone with a bulging battery then they might be justified in removing your bonus. (I don't know if a bulging battery is specifically in their T&C but it's not something you're allowed to courier so no way to get it to them.)

Of course as always YMMV so you might get lucky https://www.cheapies.nz/node/48429 but I'd document it carefully especially if you're sending something in with significant base value.

  • Anyone has samsung referral codes?

  • LOYAL50 seems to be dead? Had this in my cart a couple of days ago but then when to buy, it's gone and not valid error when I try add it again.

Also can't complete my order because they are out of stock of the free anti reflect film lol. Just won't let me proceed and I can't remove it from the cart.

    • Yup, I just tried LOYAL50 and it didn't work.

Thanks mate. Grabbed that first $50 Voucher thank you. I'm waiting on another $50 Voucher from Samsung after I completed a survey but they're taking their sweet time.

      • How to get survey?

        • They sent it to me months ago. After a different purchase.

        • Like with the other codes, you can try asking on live chat or email, an agent offered on back at the end of October via live chat. (I didn't have success getting the other codes via live chat but did via email but survey is better via live chat since the agent needs to manually give you the code.)
