Do note that Claim Time varies for partner stores and is subjected to each store's cancellation, returns, and exchange policies and will typically take up to 75 days while some would be longer. This allows for the partner store to validate the order and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
I have a pending cashback due "to be confirmed" on 16 June 2024 for 3rd May transaction and still pending until now.
They conveniently missed my Temu order from the other day completely.
Oh, they recorded the in store click (I made sure), but not the transaction.
They have missed every one of my Temu orders but added it when I brought it to their attention. Still a bit of an extra step having to manually do this each time (four times now)
It's 3 months for new world promotion.

Tried to raise a ticket quey in the bot help but after i entered the date it wouldnt let me go further.
Also how do i remove a coupon in my existing temu account say 5 dollars so that i can get shop back percentafe of my order please?

It's more or less the same with other cashback services. They make you wait ages before you can cash out. I think perhaps they are banking on the idea that users won't have the habit of checking the account regularly and may just forget about it. But other than that, I don't know the real reason.
