Dick Smith is offering a further 10% off clearance items in-store tomorrow with the presentation of the email. Image attached should work

  The only thing left in most stores that I can think of might be SIM cards, ie they had some voda ones for $1 each that had 1GB data included

    I picked up 2 x sealed LG L9's today from DSE Porirua, $41 each. Still stuff in stores but not nearly as much as last week and harder to find. These phones had "Clearance $300" on them and hadn't been relabeled as the new price.

    There's still one there although it's a customer return.

        Yeah I could be wrong as I only glanced at the old prices (I knew what they should scan as so wasn't worried). But it was defiantly a lot more than they were worth.

        That's crazy, these have been around $100 for a long time, from memory.

        For $41, it's a decent price, and good for giving away to kids.

        Absolutely, some of the prices of this stuff is insane, if they had actually reduced their prices properly over time, they would've shifted most or all of this stock, but they don't do that.

        Mum got the sibs a Galaxy S Mini (Not sure which gen) each for $19 ($38).

      Yeah it's surprising how much stuff they still seem to have. Most of it isn't ticketed which explains a lot. 6 AA + 2 AAA for $3 which is ticketed? 1 left. 16AA for $2 that isn't ticketed? Heaps left

        Keep in mind not everyone is on here, and not everyone has access to price lists etc.

        That's not saying they shouldn't be though.

        Haha I almost fell for that exact thing last week, had the 6+2 then realised the 16 pack was $1 cheaper for so many more so swapped them.

        A lot of phones are kept hidden in a cupboard under lock and key so it's not surprising that there might still be some good deals that are not already taken. Compare that to the tablets and laptops sitting in a trolley next to the checkout.

        Also most stores do not put enough clearance tags in the mobile section to cover all the clearance items they have.

  "Tomorrow only" Well I suppose we can expect the 20% further discount on Friday then. I don't see Dick Smith clearing out the thousands of S4 & Iphone 4 cases they have any time soon.

    I can't imagine 90cents vs $1 is going to sway a lot of people.
