Has Anyone Received Their Flybuys Points from The Last Disney+ Flybuys Promo?

This is regarding the latest promotion which ran from Feb to March here: https://www.cheapies.nz/node/45343

I haven't received anything yet and it's never taken this long for me after the end of a promo before so I am wondering whether to chase up.

Let me know if you have received it so I know whether to follow up or sit tight on this one.

    Yes I received my points in the middle of March.
    In saying that my son has not recieved any and we signed up within a day of each other.
    For his account we messaged Flybuys about a week ago and am awaiting a response. I would chase them up now.

    • Bigcheese have you got any reply from Flybuys yet? Mine one obviously more then 5 working days now but I don't see any sign of them replying :(

      • No still nothing - mine was even longer as I contacted on the 27th March.
        I have followed up again with another message.

  • No I didn't receive it yet, i contact them via website on the 03 Apr, it said will reply within 5 working days but I haven't got any reply yet, checked account and no point been added. Is there any other way to contact them when they are not replying?

  • Have you guys receive the bonus flybuys yet or receive any responses from Flybuys?

    • My wife has got them. I'm still waiting on a response from my request 12 days ago

    • Not a word from them unfortunately.
      I sent another follow up a couple of days ago.
      I’ve never had to wait this long previously

  • I received an email from Flybuys last night apolgising for the delay.
    The only extra piece of information they asked for was a copy of the 'Welcome to Disney' email.
    The points have just been credited to the account now.

    This is the longest I have ever had to wait for points to be credited but as long as you persist you will get them.
