The offer is for the Argentine region, but you can activate it using the Argentine VPN network only when activating the code in your Microsoft account. Later it won't be needed.

HOW TO ACTIVATE:

On your computer, go to ‘redeem.microsoft.com'.
Log into your Microsoft account.
Open your VPN, and set it to the proper region.
Refresh the page, and put in the code and press Enter.
Confirm it.
Turn on your Xbox, and look for the game you just redeemed in the Microsoft Store.

    That error message is because of a problem with your Microsoft account, in this case it's probably because your vpn wasn't working correctly or has been red flagged so when you try to redeem the code you're redeeming it from the wrong country. Check your vpn, use a site like mylocation.org to make sure your vpn is working correctly. I had the same message when buying Baldurs Gate 3 from Egypt, turned out the free vpn I was using said the server was in Egypt but mylocation.org said I was in Canada. I switched to another VPN and redeemed the code with no problem.

    If you still can't redeem it try adding a random Argentinian address to your Microsoft account then switch your country of residence on the account to Argentina and try again. I had to do that years ago when I first redeemed a code for Brazil, but I've never had to do it for any other stores and I've redeemed codes for Argentina, Brazil, Turkey, Nigeria, Colombia and Egypt, never had an issue apart from the vpn problem above.

    I use Urban VPN for Chrome for Argentina. I just bought Hades from Argentina for $4 from the site I use and had no issues redeeming the code. Don't know if it makes any difference but I always use Incognito mode in the browser when redeeming codes as well.

  Worked well for me, also purchased Cuphead for 1.39 euros, Terminator Resistance 3.26 euros, Call of duty Black Ops Cold War 3.19 euro, Spyro Trilogy for 1.82 euros.
  Used Urban VPN as it is free.
  No issues redeeming codes.
