It says get 15 dollars off the order but when I use it it doesn't give it to me when I go order
I used my phone and credit card which had never used doordash before
anyone have issues with this?

Some links are different you have to try a few times to get the right deal. My link still gives $15 off. Try another link until it shows $15 off.
Nah I've tried three now, two of which were new accounts, and none of them are getting the $15 off at checkout :( Can anyone confirm they've got the referral promo recently?

There are multiple offers depending on when user signed up. My wife has different offer than me.
On a different note, is that menulog promo working again?
About 1.5 week ago, I did receive a $20 off code - but when I tried to use it, it said the voucher has expired even though it was well within its expiry date.
I wonder whether it's deliberate..

Just tested today it's working, not much restaurant on menulog tho, mostly Indian restaurant.

i tried overseas referral links and they still work, but they can't be used for orders in different currencies / countries. kinda weird that its just the nz referral one thats not working tho
its no longer working, they seem to have disabled it and are now scamming everyone who signs up… absolutely pathetic on their part, and a total scam

i signed up using diff codes and it doesnt apply at checkout anymore, its disabled and promo codes have vanished
just spoke to a lady on the phone, she says the system is detecting that i have already signed up but im on a whole new ph number, new credit card, everything is new, seems FISHY
Looking at my referral information, it shows a few people who have signed up using my link but are "ineligible" for "Already has an account". Looks like they're cracking down, but it can still work if you are a new customer.
mine shows they are a new customer and says - have yet to order but when they try to order the promo no longer exists, its like they fully disabled it
they have 'broke' the $45 referral promo for all of NZ on purpose it seems, after you sign up using someones link at checkout the $15 no longer applies, also screwing over the person who originally gave you the link cause it no longer gives them the $45 credits either. spoke to multiple support agents and they all refusing to acknowledge the truth and basically just mess and screw you around for hours now like actual phone scammers lmao
let me know if anyone finds a way to make it work, if not i assume its just DoorDash scamming to get peeps to sign up without honoring the referral requests
Can confirm the same - referral $15 promotion not applying at checkout or showing in offers. Customer services claim it’s not their problem even though screenshots clearly showed it should apply. New phone number, credit card, email address.
tried a new device? or different IP address(ie mobile data connection)
Are you using the same physical phone as a previous account? Perhaps there is a hardware check?

If not they should really just get rid of the referral bonus instead of saying it exists and not letting anyone use it, Seems deceptive advertising.
nope they are scamming hard looks like too many peeps were getting their $45 credit and they didnt want to keep giving it out so they decided to false advertise it now, thinking we are idiots
The promo is rather old and has to come to an end eventually. It was very good while it lasted. But yeah, they should take down the expired offers.
it's not at its end though, they even offered to give some credits and i got $15 for the missing promo

I just called them and after 50 minutes on the phone they finally admitted their referral promo is broken - and then they applied $45 credit on my account! Keep the pressure on cheapies, justice will prevail

yeah it worked for me as well - it showed discount at checkout. havent tried actually going through with the order completely yet though
Some accounts work and some don't, weird. Maybe applies to new sign ups only. Still want to pay 1984 prices and not 2024.
