  Free to use. Just install and try it. Pass is required only if you want Hw transcoding or share your library to others.

  I never tried Jellyfin.

I've used Plex for 6 plus years. It's better than it used to be. Not perfect, but good. I wouldn't be with out it. I've never had the time to try jellyfin, plex does the job.
