  Can someone say for sure what the discount stacking situation will be in using this special 20 C off. It looks to me, (thou I do not think the T&C's are clear?), that's it's: use the in car option GAS app payment option only and it loads your 20 C special. Then that days particular general GAS stations AA discount, so ither 6 C or 10 C. Ok the bigger question next is can you then add your accumulated AA discount points in on top of that previous total . ???.

    Used it today and it does stack with the usual Smart fuel 6 cents off plus and accumulated smart fuel discounts

      Thanks Nigglej for your response to this question. That's great news re the discounts stacking with the 20c off new GAS app special bonus. Especially too, as if I understand correctly, our accumulated AA Smartfuel.points fuel discount will totally expire soon, at the end of January 2024. When the current AA Smartfuel discounts program closes.

  (PS: Nigglej. Can you share with us which GAS station, what time , fuel type and the pump price you got ?. I say this as I'm wanting to keep an eye on price movements at my target Auckland GAS stations before the 20 C off bonus expires on Dec 31st, for me it will be a one big fill up near empty. Gaspy hasn't had a (91 petrol) pump prices update for some GAS stations for days recently. Thanks).

    Hi there. I used it at Foxton Beach on a road trip so probably not helpful there. They're generally not the cheapest but a good price with the discounts accumulated

  Hi Cheapies following this. Abit of feedback and question on GAS fuels and their new app thing. Some of us will be using up the last of our AA Smartfuel points fuel discounts today , till midnight when the entire scheme closes. (Then reopens February with the new scheme ). Ok I'm in Northshore Auckland and I've now done 2 X 91 petrol seperate transactions using "pay in car at a Gas station" to maximise the total duscounts. Both done within the last 30 days or so, second one done today. Both times I experienced significant problems which where specific to this b…..y buggy GAS Fuels android app, for which I had to contact GAS Fuels to try to get the issues fixed. Ok any one else had problems with GAS fuels app with the "pay in car" option. ?. Second question : stacking both fill up transactions I couldn't get the daily (6 c or 10 C in Wednesdays - today) standard AA discount to stack onto that special GAS app only discount (was 20 C, now 15 C), and my accumulated then AA Smartfuel shopping points. So was that correct?, or was it just my tough luck and other Cheapies got all those discounts (all 3 of them) to stack on a single GAS station fuel up transaction . (At atleast the the "$40" + minimum pump purchase" T&C).
