Has anyone successfully ordered these? I tried to purchase a single individual one and received the following message (couldn't proceed to payment) - I tried with both an NZ (home) delivery address, as well as AU one - neither worked.

  Worked for me! Purchased via amazon.com.au for $25.45 (charged $29.11 NZD). Maybe sign up to Amazon AU to fix your issue - I have an Amazon AU and Amazon US accounts. Hope this helps :)
