  We picked.up one of these marginally cheaper but haven't posted as it relied on a targetted Noel Leeming offer. It's been $1130 on noel Leeming with the friends and family sales that won't be showing up on pricespy though.

  So far so good, it's a big improvement in sound and experience over our old Yamaha 5.1 receiver and the detachable speakers means the toddler doesn't pull the speakers using the cables and we can place them more optimally where cable runs would be intrusive.

    Do you mean $1030 or got further discount on $1130? JB price is $1096 which is cheaper.

    Wireless speakers are good, but if you compare it with q990c or even q990b, Samsung is better if you don't mind wired speakers in terms of performance. Almost all reviews point to samsung being better, but I agree on the convenience factor of JBL.

      On the friends and family it's about $1130 after the discount. We got it marginally cheaper with he targeted $50 off $500 spend. Overall paid $1080 for ours but anyone that misses out on this one it definitely can be had for less than the $1600rrp fairly often. Maybe could have saved a few more.dollars had we price matched this deal and used the $50 they sent us.

        You can only use one coupon in checkout. If you price match, they send you a coupon as far as I know.

          @ace310: We managed two on this somehow, the $50 off $500 and the friends and family stacked. I wasn't aware Noel Leeming didn't do stacking but can't say I've tried to use many coupons on there. Definitely worked though. Wonder if the targeted ones permit stacking.

            @Everettpsycho: Family discount is different than coupon codes. You can stack one of each. But not 2 targeted coupons.
