    • The link moves you to the aus site, however when changing the url to nz, it's just the standard pricing.

According to the T's + C's on the page you linked, it states that you had to have purchased it before 27/11/23.

My guess is they've just forgotten to remove the 'hot deals' tab.

  • Has anyone on Kogan Mobile had issues with making outgoing calls, outgoing SMS or data this week? I've lost that ability this whole week, and support staff indicated that its a known issue affecting other customers too.

  • Hi guys, just want to ask the experts here if this is how it looks on Kogan 1 year mobile plan.
I have the LARGE Prepay plan - 15gb per month for the year.
But when I signed it, it said I have:

    xGB of 15GB used.
    347 days remaining.

I just want to make sure when its a month, the 15GB bar will reset. Not that I have only 15GB per year. I just want to prevent myself out of data in a few more days….
    Thank you for any advice.

    • +1

Yes it will reset every 30 days.

      • Thank you! I rely heavily on internet unfortunately. Would hate to get caught without.
        Thank you bigcheese!

        • No problem.
It's still a pretty unfriendly user interface though.
Even though it will reset and tell you that you have used xGB of 15GB in the current billing period, it still won't say how many days left in the billing period.
'Only 347 days' of the entire plan remaining for example in your case is the only information you get.
SInce it covers a 30 day period you will need to track it yourself if you want to know this information.

  • I missed out on this sale so couldn't pick up another large plan, anyone know when the next deal could drop? Won't mind holding out on switching providers if its within a few months.

    • +1

Could drop anytime, it depends how good your crystal ball is!
Going on past promos they have run another deal in December but you can't guarantee that will continue.

  • Is anyone having problems activating their new Kogan number? after entering credit card details then it says payment declined. Tried multiple cards (all valid with fund).

    • Yes, I'm having exactly the same issue. Have contacted support and got an email saying this:

We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
Currently there is system outage in Kogan Mobile since day before yesterday.
We have already raised the issue to the technical team to get it fixed at the earliest on top priority.
