        Can't really tell to be honest. I can hear footsteps, but figuring out their direction would be an overstatement. I primarily got them to voice chat, at which they work really well

  I have these. They sound great. They are really big, but comfortable. They do NOT have 7.1 drivers. They are a stereo headset with some spatial software to make sound more immersive. It does add a nice element to FPS for example. But you can't localised sounds like you would on proper surround sound.

  With the spatial software effects off they are a good stereo set for music. They come with lots of cables including USB built in sound card driver which play MQA if you get a USB C adapter will work on your phone with Tidal.

  Would highly recommend these at this price.

  I'll test it on my Xbox for the user that asked.

  Yep they work with the analog port on the controller but not with the USB port on the front.
