Regardless, not good enough video quality from these video examples. Most number plates are only legible on stationary cars from within 5-7 meters.
Generally its going to be very tough to find something like that in this sort of price range, you would have to start getting into the $100+ territory to have anything decent.
Wouldn't use it if I was given it for free, nothing worse than using a camera you can't be confident with it
Still better than nothing at all, but also better off putting that $39 towards one of the recommended budget cams if you're going to bother getting one.
Can't find a single review online despite this camera being on the market for quite some time including previously appearing on OzBargins.

$39 definitely seems to be the cheapest this has been available, but there's just nothing to gauge its performance. I can't believe there's not a single example of the video it produces on the product page itself, or anywhere else, which leads me to believe this isn't worth considering at all.
What is the video quality? How is it in low light? Does it have continuous read? How effective is the parking recording?
$39 might be better than nothing regardless, but it'd be good to be able to compared against the minimum recommendation of the Viofo brand models.
