    Hmm. I liked to eat them without water so i hope i dont regret this purchase.

    This pretty much answers your questions.
    Still refers to the older formulation (aspartame) but I wouldn’t imagine the results would change much.

    It makes your pee yellow like you are dehydrated, its best to consume with fibre to delay this.
