i just managed to do this survey and at the end i got this validation code which says to write down on your receipt, but i dont have a receipt how do u get the free chips and drink?
Just tell them the code over the counter and they punch it into to system. I think it has to be face to face.

i thinks its actually worth the upgrade to hot and spicy just because its not a soggy mess. Its really not spicy at all. Also I didnt get any of the tiny pathetic dry pieces they always fob you off with. With the survey code they upgrade it to a can and a large chips.
