Went and tried and didn't work in store. Doesn't show up on the KFC app either.
It's a hidden deal, you have to input the code in the app to reveal it.
May I ask how to do it? I just added something random to the cart, then put the code as Online Coupon. There's a warning says The coupon code entered is invalid.

Anyone notice they have use a small wings for wicked wings? My local KFC wicked wings size have shrink maybe like 40%, price gone up + wings gone down
It's because of a phenomenon called greedflation. Noticed the same with McD chicken burgers. Now the thickness of chicken inside the patty is thinner than a schnitzel piece.
Seems like these guys are going to make me healthy.They use small chicken pieces for their chicken too! Texas chicken over KFC everyday of the week!
I ordered a medium fries but it came in a tiny box which said "small packages come in small boxes" so even their own packaging is implying the box is small, meaning they replaced medium fries with small but maintain the same price, this is how they covertly adjusted for inflation by using shrinkflation, so on the surface no one realises.

I showed them the linked deal details and they gave me the chicken. Was quite a feed size wise but reminded me why I hadn't had KFC for some time, too much grease.
