Does anyone know if it is included food service?
Yes you get a lolly and a coffee. Can buy or use airpoints for snacks on plane also from previously doing akl to mlb
err I'd prefer to travel with AirAsia to SYD, Jetstar to MEL or Air China to BNE then…
Yeah they more cheaper, i am seeing around $135 with airasia currently for one way.
best to pay one way and see if you can find a better return ticket of one way back from the destination.
bit of a gamble, generally expect to pay higher closer to the flight date
That doesn't seem cheap, I flew for less than that earlier in the year with no specials, on qantas
Cheap for air nz, which is expensive to start with.
Is food service included in Qantas flights?
Literally half the ticket price is tax… $30 in GST and $70 in various airport taxes. If you pay in Airpoints you need to pay for the airport taxes in cash, can't pay in points.
