  • Great price just a shame they are charging for click and collect for stock that needs to be transfered between stores.

went instore for flour the other week and was all either expired or about to expire.

    • Thanks for the heads up mates

    • I think that's why they are cheap.

    • If you store it in a large sealed box in a dark place (which they sell there) the flour will keep well and for a long time (even in packaging), I purchased MANY at the start of last year and I have nearly run out and they are still perfect. I will definitely grab more.

    • Yeah you only need to worry about flour if it changes colour, clumps up, smells or tastes sour etc. Stored well(airtight, cool) it would be fine 6+ months past BB. Self raising flour can degrade a bit quicker and require more baking powder to be added.

Noticed they also had $6.50 and $7.50 for 12 size 6 or 7 eggs

    • Yeah it went up from $6 and $7 respectively about two weeks ago but still cheaper than supermarkets well for queenstown anyhow

      • The problem is a lack of stock. most of the time all the eggs are gone, and milk is only dark blue milk. I only drink green or light blue, so often end up paying more at the supermarket if they don't have. But most of the other prices of grocery items are pretty highly priced. I notice they are currently changing a lot of the shelving to light grey lower super market type shelving. So it is becoming more like a small Countdown by the day .

        • Yeah, that's so true - I mean the Queenstown one for milk only gets the blue top only seen green once or twice before since they started doing milk. Highly recommend the Grocer App to see which supermarkets or TWH is cheaper!

  • I have tried the link several times & the price is coming up as $10 plus click & collect fee which makes it more expensive than buying it in store.

    • If your store does not have stock you pay for click collect fee to send from another store
