    Never having tried one, I am imagining them to be quite rubbery having sat around and gotten them home.

      make a straight score (not too deep) from the top to bottom once peeled, then deep fry the boiled eggs for a couple minutes until the white is golden.

      Then you can toss it in whatever sauce you like (I like chili tomato sauce), then the egg will get coated in the sauce.

      That's as far as you can do with boiled eggs, not much if you're hoping it to turn into sunny side fried eggs.

          My point was that it's probably a reason why they should give it to you uncooked and it's a win-win situation for both of you because you get cheap eggs as well.
