      I emailed them about it and they responded in under five minutes.

      Apologies for the disappointment, but we have discontinued our Household concentrates 😔

      Our cleaning concentrates are vanishing for two reasons; one we cannot make them for the price other companies are selling them for due to the choices we make with packaging, ingredients and sourcing. And two, our NPD process has as its first checkpoint, ‘is someone else already doing this better, and as sustainably as we could?’.

      Our goal has always been to displace more wasteful products with fairer, kinder, more sustainable alternatives, and honestly, some of the cleaning concentrate companies out there are doing a great job.

      So, with that, we will instead champion their efforts and point you to them!

    The referral discount also works on the haircare duos whereas the joining the subscription email list "lather20" wasn't discounting the duos. It was my first order and I've been on the fence for ages. I ordered three haircare duo bundles with the 20% off referral code from someone on here (cheers randomiser) so spent $111 pre discount and therefore got the over $100 freebie (another conditioner worth $25 rrp). After discount was $88.80 delivered for 7 items which is roughly $12.68 each which should do the household for a wee while. Stoked. Thanks for the referral reminder.
