  Usually above 2.5kg, but if I need less than that, I just ask the butchery department to cut it and give me a smaller portion.

    If it's the same as the ones that were this cheap around Christmas they're pre-packed.
    That said I just cut them into steaks and freeze them so size isn't much of an issue for me..
