Just want to start things by saying that this price might be different for everyone. As the trade in value depends on the model of your phone

$914.90 is the price I was able to buy the device for. I currently own S21 ultra which had a trade in value of $538 and i got $600 trade in bonus on top of that

To get additional 10% off + $50 Voucher. Here is what you need to do:

10% off

• Go to https://www.samsung.com/nz/support/contact/ and click on Chat Support.
• Once you are connected to Chat support, ask them for a loyalty discount. They will give you a 10% off voucher

$50 Voucher

• DO THIS STEP IN INCOGNITO MODE or private mode depending on your browser.
• Go to https://www.samsung.com/nz/offer/ and you will see "Need help? Talk to Samsung People" Circle in the bottom right. Click on it > Help me buy > Smartphones > S Series > Chat with Agent > Fill in your info and Submit.
• After you are connected to the agent, request for a $50 loyalty Voucher

After you have both vouchers, you can use them together at the checkout

      It does this when you upload a photo over 2mb for the ID. Take a photo, resize it and then upload that.

    I worked my way through this. Your photo that you upload needs to be less than 2mb or the app will freeze on the last screen. Shitty error handling.

  I am having a total mare trying to get the trade in app to work. I go through the whole process, upload ID, back to the web page, submit, then it goes back to the app and just sits on "Lets Finalize Your Trade" and just does nothing. Any help is appreciated. I have tried two phones, I reset one and signed out of the google account after installing the app. Still no joy.

    Same here. Which phones did you try it with? I tried my old S8 which was a parallel import so I wonder if it has anything to do with the distribution chain, i.e. they only accept phones imported by their NZ branch

  Anyone have extra 10% code that they are not using? Also, do you know if the trade in boost will be eligible if we purchase through Samsung EPP Store? Do we need to submit personal details to get the Trade ID but what if we change our mind and not purchase new phone and proceed with the trade in?

  I don't think the $600 bonus trade in in offer is still valid unfortunately. That was the main value.

  However the 10% discount and THANKYOU30 are still valid as of posting this.
