Purchased one of these when they were $40. I liked it and thought it was pretty cool, so purchased another 2 when it went on clearance for $30. I think the price is worth it at the original price tag so this deal is great! Pretty cool effects. I highly recommend them if you are into lighting. Also FYI, these may be smaller than what you are expecting.

A few (if not all) of them have been there a while.

  • Got the last couple from the online stock I believe, thanks OP

  • Have bought one, but not sure what this is going to be used for. Any ideas?

Christmas lights would look cool. Seen some like this on my street.

  • Does anyone have info regarding the pixel type used in this product?

By the three contacts (+ data -) and individual addressability, it looks like something along the lines of WS2812.

Would be a steal just to strip down to it's components.

  • Mine got canceled xD

    • That's usual for kmart I have found. Interesting to see if this goes anywhere. Its inexcusable IMO for places to be selling online sales out of a retail showroom where the products have been handled by people and I cant asses them for being opened or damaged before getting them. https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/300792693/kmart-under-fire-…

  • Has anyone found that the doublesided on these is totally useless and just falls off despite cleaning the wall with isopropyl first? I will probably have to get some 3M VHB to hold it up.
