  Do these type of boot sizing run a bit big?

  I'm usually a Nike/Adidas US9/9.5 (~27cm) but here I'd be a US8/AU7. Does that sound right?

    It might be true to size, because boots are meant to fit snugly like a glove. Unlike sports shoes which are more forgiving.

    I don’t have yd boots but have gone thru sizing hassles with my RM Williams which are also Chelsea boots. Looks like yd has a generous return policy, so if in doubt, order both sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.

      Thank you for your input. I had a look on RM Williams website and surprisingly they have an incredible sizing system that can match my shoe size to the very shoe model I am currently wearing. I came out US9 on their website.

      I have ordered US9 equivalent (AU8) and will try on and exchange when I pick up if need be. Cheers!

    I'm a (sizes in US) 9 in vans, 10 in new balance running shoes and 8 in converse, about a 9-9.5 in ultra boosts.

    For YD shoes I buy a size 9.
