I sent an email about the free trial which arrived damaged. Support said they would get back to me shortly, nothing for over a month now. The pills were destroyed due to the excess space in container. So powder n pill chunks.. I asked what is the correct weight was per serving… It was too difficult to address it seems.
As a new product I feel strongly you need to work on the basics such as customer resolution times, as personally I can't help but think how lazy the product quality could possibly be at the worst of times. Ask your team or yourself to go over all the possibly pending emails gone unanswered.
I binned the junk product past week..
