  Not a big gamer myself these days so not sure if better.

    Definitely a better mouse, they even compare the two on that amazon page. If you're using it for gaming then you might prefer the V2 since it's tailored more for that crowd.

    I use V2 at home on my gaming PC and use the 'essential' version for my office computer at work. They both have the same ergonomic shape.

      Not really that much of a concern nowadays. High end wireless is now superior but the main problem with wireless is weight+distribution due to the battery.

    Yes, they are perfectly fine. Good wireless will be $100-$300.
