        I'm guessing you have not received any Ferrero Rochers and only had the roses fulfilled. Seems like they are fulfilling but awaiting stock since the roses deal was also removed.

Like others ive had 6 of my 30pk Ferrero cancelled and refund due to stock. The 24pks havent been confirmed yet either.
Is there anyway to contest this?

My order of 4 x Ferrero was cancelled yesterday by Warehouse Stationery and refunded today. Jumped on live chat and they wouldn't budge what so ever and wouldn't explain why it's being cancelled despite the item being in stock.

I had a similar “Dear John” email/partial refund as mentioned above by @Peteanimal - and likely a great many others - relating to the 2x30pk FR component of my WHS order, but with no mention of the 2x24pk that had also been included in my original online/click and collect order.

I rang the 0800 number and was quickly connected with Rhae/Rae/Ray who, with a bit of coaching, added 2x30pk and 2x24pk to my cart, before manually amending their individual prices to $7.50 each. I asked for a shipping code too which she couldn’t provide, but advised that free shipping would automatically apply if the order reached ( rather oddly, I thought) $46 or more. So… I cheekily tried using the item count of both packs by one (which it let me do, but I didn’t bother checking for an upper threshold, sorry Cheapies Masters… I’ll do better next time…). That brought my cart to $45, so I added 2x $1 SIM cards (which I need anyway for some kids Christmas gift wearables), and voilà, I once again have email confirmation of chocolate purchased below cost - that I absolutely do not need - being delivered to my door in the next 3-6 business days.

Unless they cancel again, in which case I’ll square up and battle on once more. Much like old kayakers, old Cheapies never die - they just roll back over and do it again…

This was posted 1 year 4 months 26 days ago, and might be an out-dated deal.
