        Yes it is. However, you need to install so many update prior to getting the information that Windows 10 is available.

        That's all well and good if it supports MHL but it seems the Stream 7 does not. You need something more expensive as shown in this clip

        thats ok. Got myself a Pendo tablet in OZ recently, $59 bucks. But lower resolution and 16gb on board only, however, a mini hdmi port. Using it as a computer for my non-smart tv. But yet again, this is from Australia.

  an office 365 personal subscription (that comes free with this) is $119 a year - so this is effectively a free device if you were gonna buy a subscription (with a decent discount too).
