  • Why does Flybuys always do this to me. I signed up early yet again and still haven't got points whereas others have already got them by now.

    still havent got mine either, signed up on 8 sept, the previous 150 point deal came in pretty quick. I would guess that emailing them before 15th would only have them say, you need to wait 25 days….

  • Signed up on the 8th Haven't got nothing so far. Previously fb people were smooth but now they asked me to email the support

    • Were you speaking to flybuys reps on fb?
      Neither me nor my husband have got ours either, I signed up on the 8th and him the following week.

      I was waiting until after tomorrow to contact (per the "25 days after close" piece), but if you're already getting help I might contact them sooner.
