      Can anyone get it? Not sure. I work in the horticulture sector so it was easy for me to get. It's quite an arduous process, however (requires bank records, job details etc).

      You choose a spending limit and pay your bill at the end of the month. Acts like a credit card when paying at the pump.

  sweet i was wondering when i will use all that accumulated spins but when i last checked it was 20cents more than paknsave/voucher.
