Trampoline Recommendations / Experiences

Looking at getting a trampoline in the next few months, only have one kid but his friends and cousins will use it so potentially 3-4 kids at a time.
The torpedo7 ones with hospo code look like a reasonable deal. The springfree made in Christchurch ones look amazing but pretty pricy.

Has anyone bought a trampoline in the last few years and had a good or bad experience? Recommended brands? Is 12ft big enough for 3-4 kids?

Any good deals on trampolines?

Thanks :)

    Hi taeken,

See here as a starting point:

I've got a 14ft Big Bounce Trampoline from T7 that would be about 4 years old without any issue. 14ft seems like the ideal size, 12ft was a little big small for more than 2-3 people and the 16ft was too big to fit anywhere.

    • Thanks, we have enough room for 14 ft so might be a better option.

Agree that 14ft would be better if you have the room. Farmers have this one on sale which we have:

KMart also has one that's even cheaper, has good reviews at least on their site:

One thing I'd recommend especially given this weather we're having is a trampoline anchor kit. Our trampoline blew away twice in the last year, the second time rolling over our car and scratching almost every panel 😳. Got a nice new paint job on it under insurance, but needless to say the tramp is securely anchored now!

        • Maybe if I wait long enough one of these rouge trampolines might land in the backyard! Joking aside thanks for the tip, will look at getting an anchor kit.

Weve got a jumpflex 15footer. Waited till they were on special to buy. Easily get 6-8 kids on there, and a couple of teenagers no problem.
I just checked their website and theyre offering lifetime warranties now. Made in NZ. Pretty easy to get parts and accessories from them as well as they design doesnt change too much. https://www.jumpflex.co.nz/collections/trampolines

    • Jumpflex seem pretty popular, any idea how often they go on special?

They almost always do a Christmas sale, but labour weekend/end of winter is probably your best hope at this stage.
