Does this freeze well? 3kg is too much for my family of 4 so was thinking of eating in installments.

I put mine from the last deal for these into tupperware containers and then into my freezer, with no problem.
I took one out and defrosted overnight for breakfast the next morning.
I am also diabetic, so l drained the sauce out in a sieve before storing them.- 2
