  I wonder where it comes from though. Says made in NZ from imported & local ingredients , but that pretty much says nothing, as 99% of it could be imported ingredients, and guessing more is imported if it says 'imported first..

    Champion flour says the same, and given they also use the same sort of packaging, I would guess that they are the ones packing the Warehouse stuff

  Accidently made bread with their plain flour the other day and it rose and didn't collapse which means the protein level must be fairly high. It's good flour.

  Pak n Save online for Whanganui shows they have the Champion High Grade 1.5 kg flour for $0.99. looked at some other stores but shows as unavailable.
