Where's this promo advertised, cannot fit it on Columbus or Costco websites. Was this on the receipt? I filled up on Saturday at Costco did see any advertising.

yeah pretty unfortunate there isn't much on the deal, but it seems to work as people are posting in the costco fan group showing off their coffees.
