Best Value 24" IPS Monitor?

1080p and 60hz should be ok. Upgrading from 14-year-old 19" VA's. Any recommendations or advice? Thanks

There are a lot of similar ones that are $20-$40 more but I couldn't tell the difference so I went with this one

    I didn't bother to make a post for it since there was only a day left, there will be a similar promotion in the not so distant future. The monitor though is very good, I'm quite happy with the purchase. I also got given a Samsung syncmaster s23b300 today and I need a power cable for it, not sure how I'm going to get one yet.
