IMHO Sistema has better stainless steel drink bottles (feels sturdier and looks better)
They were on sale at pak n save for similar price to this (bought 500ml one for 10 last week. 750ml ones were 12)

Yep, but they don't vacuum seal like the Thermos. They're suited to being plain water bottles.

Thermos with the push button pour lid (i.e. those that uses the lid as a cup) generally don't seal as well as bottle caps.
However the bigger the bottle, the better it will hold its temperature when full. A 1.5l bottle will stay hot for much longer than a 500ml one.
Yep totally agree. Pak&Save sell the 1L double walled 24hours/12 hours cold/hot for $16.45 - not stock at all stores though. Great bottle at this price.
I have both, bought this Thermos a few years go, still working good, bought a Sistema last year for wife, i would say Thermos is much more better, keep hot longer.
I have both and my experience is the opposite. I don't quite like the full plastic cap of thermos they feel really cheap, light and flimsy.
