    I couldn't get a clear answer from the staff but it sounds like exchanges would be possible, so if you weren't happy with the selection they send you could swap with other cars instore - but best to check with the online chat first if you intend to do this.

      I do not recommend buy online and swap, from my experiences they will make you to pay the differences between the amount you paid online and in-store price.
