    Might be able to get Finish 110 tablets for $9 delivered after pricematch. Live chat might be a toughy though. They said no to me: "we cannot price beat this item. Sorry. It is on a special promotion at the competitor."

      A special promotion at a competitor shouldn't preclude a pricematch?

      I can't see it being in any of the 'exclusion' categories such as clearance or liquidation

        Pretty sure they're saying No because of this clause which they're misinterpreting:

        Products lowered in price cannot be combined with any other TWL or competitor’s promotion or credit offer, or with any trade terms, direct purchasing from the supplier, limited quantity offers or internet only retailers.

        I know because I've had the same argument with them a while back. They're basically interpreting it as competitors' products that are lowered in price. facepalm. I sent through a complaint to CommComm about it, so I encourage others to do the same as it tends to happen more and more frequently, although most of the time I do succeed with their price match.

          Would suggest that a commerce commission complaint, also forwarded to The Warehouse. This is happening far too often becuase their staff don't know/understand the cconditions. You shouldn't have to talk to multiple staff members to find the one who actually knows their job.
