I ordered on the 24th, took 10 business days to receive delivery (Auckland). My previous order a couple months ago took about 20 days (but this was noted as 15-20 day estimate at the checkout anyway so not too bothered with that either)
Can confirm. Their tracking link is complete nonsense (unintuitive foreign translated tracking site, outdated/slow tracking information). You're better off just forgetting about your order and being pleasantly surprised when it shows up.
Be sure to buy the right size too - the returns process was also a hassle.
