  • According to Pricespy It’s been down to $699 before and was recently at $719 during the labour day sales a week ago

    • Labour day sale was 719, I agree. I will take down the post then.

    • Yup, sad its VA but still a good manufacturer

I am also in the hunt for an IPS panel but price is high right now.

I am afraid to take Titan Army due to warranty concerns. Looking for an LG one to drop down :D

      • +1

        it's got 3yr warranty.

But yeah LG would be nice but ooh boy LG is expensive on the high refresh ips
Haven't found a decent middle ground between the two yet :(

        • Worried of the claim procedure. I am thinking like Dell and LG will have more easy returns and delivery. But I am new here so not an expert.

For example : If I face an issue with Titan Army can I take it back to PBTech ? No right ?
I need to contact Titan Army company and get shipped it back right ?

Do you have any experience with warranty claim with Titan Army

  • If you have little bit more to spend here is an IPS monitor : https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/MONLGL73480/LG-34WN80C-B-34…

  • Just recently bought the Dell U3219Q and it's so good! Had the Dell U2720Q on backorder but cancelled that

    • I totally agree, Dell is on another level when comparing monitor and very reliable brand with easy returns and replacements. Worth the extra money spend than third party brands

  • I've bought a few things directly from Dell recently, and each time I did they sent a coupon amounting to about 10% of the value to be used on the next purchase.

  • Can someone confirm this is indeed a S3422DW and not a S3422DWG. Dells website shows the G edition @ 144hz while NL shows a non G edition @ 100hz.

Those are 2 different monitors. This particular model from Noel Leeming doesn’t appear to be on the Dell NZ site but is on the Dell Australia site

      • +1

Different versions. I bought 2x S3422DWG from Dell for $650 each (although lead times are 30-40 days - i am still waiting for my order placed on Oct 17).

        • Damn what a score, over $1000 now.

          • @MyFriendAutism: Regularly on sale - i used promo code FREEDOM350 to take $350 off and stacked it with uni discount.

          • @MyFriendAutism: My two monitors got shipped! Arriving tomorrow. 3 week wait wasn’t too bad I guess.

  • years ago they were trying to force 3D monitors, now it's ultrawide
