    Is $115 for a dual gas spring monitor stand pretty good? There’s some on Amazon AU (Heymix & North Bayou) that look pretty good (and cheaper).

      I'd go with 2 singles if you got the desk space, dual is only good for like small office/corpo type workspace with small monitors

      2 singles give you flexibility if you decide to change monitors, layout, desks etc

      but also depends on your budget and monitor size/weight (I use 2x 34' so yeah lol)

        Always class the monitor arms by weight capacity, not monitor size.

        Also some heavy duty arms like the Loctek D7H has a lower weight limit, and would not work with lighter monitors. My monitor weighs ~15kg so only the D7H works for me.

        There are some cheap $40 single monitor arms on 1-Day/TheMarket and Kogan.
