          tried both +6421 and +64021 but neither worked, so used the chat as well and got it verified that way.
          Now the ID verification doesn't work using my driver's license details so have to upload photo of it and wait

        accidently I transferred to Western union using POLi , the receiver received the funds but Western union credit team is now harrasing me as they claim they haven't received it :)

          If you actually understand what POLi is then yes. You give your bank login details to POLi, and they will log into your online banking in the background and transfer the money to their account.

          If you read the terms of your bank it most likely says they will not cover any loss if you entered your credentials into a website that is not the banks own online banking. And the banks hate it because of this.
