Not this high, but they get rebates/cashback from companies when new products are launched. So some of the promotions are dictated by the company itself.

The phone will have little margin, they may be getting a kickback/discount from the supplier (this is where most "sale" prices come from from) as a new product. Usually in the form of a rebate to the seller after a sale (so the "cost" price stays the same).
The supplier is also generally the one providing the freebies too (other stores will generally be offering the same in these cases - but not always. Asking will often get you the freebies if they aren't offered). Obviously they cost the supplier a lot less than the RRP.
Could be the the store offering in this case. But it seems unlikely.

I ordered mine from Samsung Educayion store. Fold3 and Aramid case $2208 delivered. These combo deals are good but not worth it tbh.

Yes i do have access to Samsung employee discount through my work. I have had problems with access and asks me to reset password every time i login - such a pain. But don’t buy anything Samsung

Instead of giving un-necessary charger/headphones, they should just give direct rebate on the mobiles, be it just $300-$400, i bet many people would prefer this option.
