    • Figured out my no email, typed in .con instead of .com
      the sales person online has told me order is on hold as free international shipping is meant to be on orders over $100. Not sure what they are going to do

          If done correctly, it should show as being tracked in the transactions section within 48hrs maybe…

          & ANZ card might not work because CR is Australian based. Tried to connect my BNZ card for Amazon gift cards but I never received the confirmation text. Best to use PayPal.

  • Just had an email to say that my pullover order has been cancelled and refunded. The hoodie I ordered at the same time was delivered earlier this week.

    Cashback never tracked either.

    • My cashback (through CashRewards) tracked, and is still pending, but yeah my order got refunded too.

  • I have had no communication,money on visa wasn't held it has purchase status.Notthing has turned up not even some tracking for a big company they are useless.

    • Got a refund email without explanation whatsoever. Email says look at the comments for better explanation if I'm not sure why I got the refund. In the comments section it says "Your claim has been refunded into your credit card.". What?! I never asked for a refund or cancellation. Pretty poor experience. All they needed was to communicate what the problem is correctly. Won't be buying again from them for sure.

  • The refund has hit my credit card, but I lost 13 cents in the transaction, presumably due to the weakening of the Australian dollar. Sad times all round.
