    Yes ,I have sent stuff back for warranty. All they do is send you a ticket, posted back for free and they've either replace it or refund me the money. Sizes range from a metre high Bluetooth speaker to USB dongle. The process can take two or three weeks to complete but not any worse than Noel Leeming.

    Yes, earbuds can be quite subjective and it's not until you use them for a period that you can form an opinion of your own personal use. I had a pair of Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless earbuds and all the reviews said they were great, but I dislike them that much I sold them. I think the design of these Samsung earbuds are polarising as they either fit your ear or they don't.

  Bear in mind that these things have terrible sound leakage in both directions. They are not very good for use on public transport unless you want to be "that guy/gal".
